The gloss black?Top Mount Base #54?from?Weaver?has been machined to tight tolerances for a custom fit. This aluminum base offers maximum strength so that the rings will hold tight.
*Please note that for the Winchester SXR and for the Browning BAR, BAR II, Mark II, BLR Lightning (Lever), and BPR the front base screws must be shortened by grinding.
*Please note that the Springfield 03 may require bolt and/or safety alteration, otherwise the firearm will not function safely or properly. Consult with a qualified gunsmith.
